LUXURRE — PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND PERSONNEL INTRODUCTIONS

1. Scope
When separately appointed in writing, MCRE Global may facilitate introductions involving personal assistants, private chefs, chauffeurs, household personnel, hospitality, travel support and other professional luxury-service providers. LUXURRE may supply discovery and submission workflows, but the platform alone is not an employer, staffing agent, recruitment firm, travel organiser or contracting principal for the actual service. Exact legal entity, corporate identification, permits and licensing status must be inserted and verified.

2. Regulated activity, employment and immigration
Where recruitment, staffing, immigration advice, placement, personal security, transportation, hospitality or any other activity requires a local licence or special regulatory compliance, only properly authorised entities and persons may perform it. Employment rights, working-time, minimum pay, social security, tax, right-to-work, insurance, anti-trafficking, safeguarding, safety and background checks are not waived by platform terms.

3. Provider eligibility
A provider must disclose legal identity, professional qualifications, relevant licence and insurance, location of permitted operations, availability, use of subcontractors, fees, affiliations and any conflicts. Client organisations must carry out appropriate diligence and occupational safety checks. Provider profiles are subject to separate approval; independently supplied credentials cannot be guaranteed by the platform.

4. Contract formation and fees
Selection, quotation, request or application does not form a service contract. Only a signed engagement may establish employer/client/provider relationships, scope of work, payment schedules, cancellation terms, commission, exclusivity, confidentiality, background checks, compliance obligations and remedies. Where the parties have not expressly agreed otherwise, introductions by MCRE Global are subject to individually agreed written terms and local law; no presumed blanket commission arises.

5. Sensitive information and discretion
Personal profiles, references, identity documents, addresses, itineraries, household access credentials, protected characteristics and financial material must be processed on a documented lawful basis and according to the applicable privacy policy. Public publication of confidential information is prohibited. Non-disclosure requirements may be separately agreed, subject to protected whistleblowing and statutory rights.

6. Liability and conduct
Clients and providers remain responsible for contracted performance, required employment obligations, personnel supervision, safe premises and compliance with local law as allocated in their signed agreements. The platform does not guarantee suitability, safety, services or availability. All liability limitations apply only so far as enforceable and do not affect mandatory duties or fraud.
