LUXURRE — INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONAL PLATFORM: LEGAL NOTICE
1. Identity, scope and audience
LUXURRE is described as a professional B2B introduction, discovery and submission platform operated by LUXURRE LTD, subject to confirmation of its verified corporate identity and mandatory public disclosures. Services target businesses and individuals acting in a genuine business or professional capacity, including companies, family offices, qualified investment organisations, corporate buyers and duly authorised representatives. Access restrictions do not remove any statutory rights where a user qualifies as a consumer by law.
2. No transaction or agency by platform access
Publication, matching, routing, profile creation, payment of a listing fee or an enquiry does not create an agency, advisory, fiduciary, investment-management, representation, real estate brokerage or other regulated relationship. Any mandate, fee, exclusivity, introduction, success remuneration, retainer or representation must be set out in a separate written agreement identifying the parties and service jurisdiction.
3. Independent parties
Luxury Estate Broker and Luxury Real Estate Group may separately provide or arrange international luxury-property introductions and related services according to a signed engagement. MCRE Global may separately provide or arrange personnel, service-provider or concierge introductions subject to its own signed engagement. None is automatically a contracting counterparty for any service merely because its name is shown. Activity requiring local authority must be conducted through appropriately licensed or permitted local participants, authorised owners or their duly mandated representatives.
4. Accuracy and diligence
No guarantee is given about completeness, accuracy, title, beneficial ownership, authority to sell, dimensions, permits, pricing, tax, financing, rental returns, yields, asset condition, qualifications, citizenship/residency benefits, local laws, legal entitlement, availability or transaction closing. Users must obtain their own legal, tax, technical, licensing, financial and other professional advice, perform checks and independently verify documents and authority.
5. Security, uptime and third parties
Continuous service, error-free translation, uninterrupted API access, secure communications, exact geographic coverage, permanent storage or availability of any listing is not guaranteed. Third-party websites, upload content, payment services, translation providers and users remain subject to separate terms, technical restrictions and laws. Reasonable protective measures and applicable duties remain unaffected.
6. Allocation of risk
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, indirect or consequential business loss, lost profit, loss of opportunity, lost data and reliance on unverified third-party representations are excluded where enforceable. Other limitations are governed by any signed agreement and the mandatory law of the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing restricts rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived, including fraud and death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Compliance and geographic restrictions
All parties must comply with applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery, tax, data protection, competition, advertising, export, financial promotion, brokerage and professional licensing rules. Platform access or published content does not mean that a service is lawful or offered in every country. We may request identity, authority, source-of-funds, beneficial ownership and regulatory evidence or refuse onboarding and publication.
8. Legal hierarchy and updates
Mandatory law prevails. Binding terms arise only on express acceptance or valid written engagement as applicable. Relevant agreements, jurisdiction-specific notices and the current privacy policy may supplement this notice. Material changes to accepted terms must be notified and accepted where required by law.
