LUXURRE — PROFESSIONAL PLATFORM TERMS OF USE
1. Parties and B2B eligibility
These terms govern use of the LUXURRE platform operated by LUXURRE LTD, subject to verified full corporate particulars in the Imprint. The service is intended for companies, undertakings, professionals and authorised representatives acting for business purposes. By registering, you represent your genuine professional capacity, authority to bind your organisation, legal age, accurate identity and lawful entitlement to use the service. Any non-excludable rights under local law remain unaffected.
2. Account, verification and access
You must submit accurate, current information, promptly update it, keep credentials confidential, secure access devices and report suspected compromise. We may apply email verification, identity/beneficial-owner checks, KYC/AML, source-of-funds screening, sanctions screening and manual onboarding. Registration or payment alone does not entitle any user to public listing, private-market information, introductions, approved status or any specific opportunity. Access is personal to the approved entity and authorised users.
3. User categories and permissions
Buyers, investors, family offices and searchers may submit non-binding interests and must substantiate corporate capacity and lawful sources of funds where requested. Owners and sellers warrant title or properly documented authority, lawful marketing rights, accuracy of content and compliance with applicable disclosure rules. Brokers, agents and intermediaries must establish mandates, applicable registrations and licences, and disclose conflicts and compensation arrangements. Service providers must prove qualifications, registrations, insurance and employment/immigration compliance where applicable. Each category remains subject to review and approval.
4. Submissions, assets and intellectual property
You retain ownership of submitted content but grant LUXURRE a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable on withdrawal where practicable, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, translate and display approved material strictly for the agreed platform service, with necessary sublicensing to technical processors. You warrant the right to provide all materials, including identifiable persons' images, personal data, trademarks, floorplans, video and documents. Confidential materials are not made publicly accessible merely by upload. We may refuse, hide or remove content that is inaccurate, unauthorised or unlawful.
5. Translation and editorial work
Automatic translation, categorisation and summaries may contain errors. English is the editorial source for operator-controlled policy documents, but translated notices must be considered in accordance with mandatory law. Materials provided by users in their own languages may be translated after authorisation and moderation. Translation does not replace qualified legal interpretation. Users must verify transaction-critical language before reliance.
6. Review, re-review and availability
Every initial submission is subject to approval. Each material user edit returns the affected item to a pending-review state and may suspend prior public visibility until separately approved. Publication, matching and introduction are discretionary and subject to qualifications, completeness, availability, payment status and compliance. We may decline, pause or remove content with fair notice where appropriate and immediately for abuse or urgent legal risk.
7. Prohibited conduct
No impersonation, deceptive listings, unauthorised introductions, unlawful discrimination, unsolicited bulk marketing, illegal property or funds, circumvention of access controls, scraping, malware, infringement, bribery, licence evasion or infringement of another person's privacy. You must not upload confidential financial, identity or deal material without lawful authority and an approved confidential workflow.
8. Commercial terms, platform charges, intermediaries and B2B-only use
The LUXURRE platform is provided exclusively for business-to-business use by companies, undertakings, traders, professionals and individuals acting wholly or mainly in a business or professional capacity, including (without limitation) property owners and sellers acting commercially, buyers and investors acting for business purposes, family offices, investment companies, property developers, licensed intermediaries and authorised representatives. The platform is not intended for consumers acting outside a trade, business, craft or profession. A person cannot waive mandatory consumer rights merely by selecting a business category or accepting these Terms. LUXURRE may verify business capacity and refuse or restrict registrations that do not meet its eligibility requirements, subject to mandatory law.
All application, listing, publication, advertising, membership, account and subscription fees, billing periods, quotas, renewals, exclusivity arrangements, cancellation rules, applicable tax treatment and any other platform charges apply only as expressly disclosed in the applicable offer, checkout information or accepted written agreement. Materially different commercial terms require an express written agreement between authorised contracting parties; electronic written agreements may qualify where legally effective. Nothing here creates an undisclosed fee or payment obligation, and any statutory rights or mandatory pre-contract disclosures remain unaffected. Refund rights and cancellation arrangements are governed by the terms expressly presented for the relevant platform service and applicable law.
